  • Fade Records turns 40 with Micah feat. J. Veda and their latest work by the name of Come From. Featuring an Original plus 2 remixes, it looks set to be another pretty solid release fro the US based label. The Original Mix is probably the most impressive mix on the release. Smooth chunky beats unite well with a deep rolling baseline that flows very nicely in the guts of the production for its entirety. Veda’s vocal lies beautifully in the track in the first half particularly, and nice effects make the second half of the track close off in style. The Blue Noise Remix gives the track a more driving and electro feel as big electro stabs combine with crisp drums and the soothing vocals. Plenty of atmosphere in this mix too with solid breakdowns that add a great big room feel to the production, especially late on as it steps up a notch! Nick & John Dalagelis team up on the flip to deliver their devastating dub. The track is transformed into a deep driving progressive number, with good flowing beats meeting atmospheric moments and subtle melodic tones. Definitely a more epic production then both on the a-side, this remix does well in setting a good mood without using too many build ups, using a good constant flow throughout. A pretty solid release on Fade yet again, with a very smooth original combining with two up beat remixes.
