- The next release on Method Records comes from Central Rush with their melodic tones in Out of Focus. A nice delicate original mix is included, as is a remix from the new to the scene, and very promising duo in Tkac & Haverlik.
The Original Mix is of course first up on the a-side and it is a very nice combination of nice bubbly melodies and a deep solid baseline that gives the track a very good groove and flow. Subtle stabbing synths ring deep into the track, working well with the melodic overtones, and the string patterns that come in deeper into the track. A very nice production indeed to kick off this release.
The Tkac & Haverlik Remix on the flip is again pretty impressive like the a-side. Probably a little subtler then the a-side, this remix works well with nice unique twists in the tones of the track, as well as smooth atmospheric effects giving the track a great aura. A pretty solid remix from the duo, and one that adds greatly to this strong release.
Good good stuff on Method, and definitely one to appeal to those who like melody merged with some solid beat patterns and grooves.
