Tigerhook's first nu-republic release see his trademark tough, tribal style in action. A driving bassline and dirty percussion flow from start to finish. Harsh percussive hits and male vocal samples are introduced as you get further into the track. Synth stabs roll into the fray until the breakdown, where keys and pads build until the beat rocks back in!
Cold Dark Stars
This is quite a different track to the one on the flip... Soft, atmospheric pads open the track and percussive patterns work in and around them until the breakdown, where male vocal samples and high pitch hits float in and out.
A faint melody is introduced and a chugging bassline soon follows. Metallic pads and busy percussion fill the room until the soft pads return to take the track out.
