To kick us off, we'll be speaking with Dr. Carleton Gholz from Detroit Sound Conservancy, a non-profit organisation that's in the process of restoring the killer soundsystem from Club Heaven, an influential LGBT venue that was open in Detroit from the mid-'80s to the mid-'90s [01.58].
Next up, Ray Philp explores the phenomenon of baby raves (or baby discos), parties where kids and their parents get down on the same dance floor. He speaks with the organisers behind Big Fish Little Fish and Mini Manoeuvres, two of the leading parties in this scene, as well as a few of the baby ravers themselves [11.56].
And to finish the show, Holly Dicker meets the team behind Shelter, which has recently become one of Amsterdam's leading clubs. She takes a tour of the space, hears about Shelter's soundsystem from its lead engineer, Bróna Lynch, and gets the team's views on the health of nightlife in the Dutch capital [38.47].
