Put your hands up for Fedde Le Grand, who has a new mix CD on Ministry of Sound. 'Sessions' is released later this month.
This time a year ago Mr. Le Grand was a little known Dutch house DJ and producer, but that was before his catchy electrohouse number 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' was picked up by Cr2 Records and later Ministry of Sound, becoming one of the biggest dance records of the year. In November, it even hit the daytime radio airwaves and went all the way to the top of the UK singles charts.
Fedde’s next move is his debut mix CD for Ministry of Sound's ‘Sessions’ series, two CDs of jackin' electro and house with tracks from Switch, Armand Van Helden and Trevor Loveys as well as lesser known European producers such as Erick E, Microfunk and Tim Andresen. Also on offer is Le Grand's latest single 'Take No Shhh' and a few of his new remixes.
