- Murphy and Goldsworthy follow up their first round of remixes with a second volume, due to hit the shelves October 3. This time Tiga, Hot Chip and Nine Inch Nails are under the gun.
The DFA follow up their first chapter of remixes earlier this year with a second volume, due to hit the shelves October 3, 2006.
‘The DFA Remixes: Chapter Two’ will arrive on CD and double vinyl versions featuring remixes of Tiga, Hot Chip, Goldfrapp and U.N.K.L.E. The vinyl includes instrumental versions not available on CD.
The DFA are James Murphy and Tim Goldsworthy, aka LCD Soundsystem, who are known for their tight live shows and marrying New York rock production values with the dancefloor. Murphy and Goldsworthy release original material under their LCD moniker and reserve the DFA name for remix work.
