RP Boo has announced a new album on Planet Mu.
Out on May 12th, Legacy Volume 2 is the follow-up to the Chicago artist's boundary-pushing debut album from 2013. Made up of tracks recorded in the mid- 00s during the golden era of footwork, the project documents the influence RP Boo has had on the evolution of the genre. It's his first album since 2021's Established!.
"What inspires me to keep going is seeing the people having an awesome time moving on the dance floor," RP Boo said. "As well as playing music that is a recognisable part of my life. I'm one with it."
