Skrillex to release new album, Quest For Fire, this Friday

  • Skrillex will release his second solo album this Friday, February 17th. According to a DJ set shared on YouTube over the weekend, Quest For Fire may include collaborations with Missy Elliott, Four Tet, Porter Robinson, Fred again.., Eli Keszler, Flowdan, Mr. Oizo, Noisia, Aluna and Pete Wentz from Fall Out Boy. It's the US artist's first album since his 2014 debut, Recess. The YouTube set also features a partial tracklist that includes recent singles "Way Back" (with PinkPantheress and Trippie Redd), "Xena" (with Nai Barghouti), "Real Spring" (with Bladee), "Leave Me Like This" (with Bobby Raps) and "Rumble" (with Fred again.. and Flowdan). The artwork and full tracklist are still TBC. The YouTube set also featured Skrillex's 2021 singles "Too Bizarre" (with Swae Lee, Siiickbrain and Posij), "Supersonic (My Existence)" (with Noisia, Josh Pan and Dylan Brady) and "Butterflies" (with Four Tet and Starrah).
