Aphex Twin has hinted at a return to London festival Field Day this summer.
In typically cryptic fashion, a website appeared yesterday, January 19th, with the URL 190823.co.uk, referencing the date of the festival. The homepage is emblazoned with the word "LONDON"–with Aphex Twin logos in each of the O's—and mentions Waxarch Limited, a company involved in Field Day and its parent festival, All Points East.
Aphex Twin and Field Day also have history—he headlined in 2017. His last London appearance was at Printworks in 2019. Field Day 2023 is scheduled for Saturday, August 19th, at Victoria Park.
