  • India's Magnetic Fields Festival has expanded its 2022 lineup. New additions to the December event in Rajasthan include DJ Masda, Swiss sextet L'Eclair, Bangalore-based R&B singer Mary Ann and DJ Fart in the Club, who will play the Ray-Ban Afterparty at a TBA location. Also performing will be The Forgotten Songs Collective, a project run by arts organisation Rest Of My Family in collaboration with Chennai artist Vinayak^A. The latter will be joined onstage by musicians from Assam's Biate tribe, one of the oldest hill tribes in North East India. In the lead-up to the festival, Vinayak^A and the Biate musicians will lodge together at the Alsisar Mahal palace, where the main event will take place from December 9th through 11th. These artists and more join previously confirmed names such as Batu, SHERELLE, Four Tet and Jossy Mitsu, who will headline this year's Resident Advisor showcase.
