  • Floating Points has a new 12-inch on the way. Arriving December 16th on Ninja Tune, the four-track vinyl features new ambient track "Someone Close" plus three previously released cuts from earlier this year: "Grammar," "Problems" and "Vocoder." The new 12-inch marks Floating Points' first multi-track release since 2020's collaborative album, Promises, with the London Symphony Orchestra and the late Pharoah Sanders. Floating Points also has a couple big DJ sets on the horizon, joining Four Tet at The Warehouse Project's Eat Your Own Ears Anniversary on November 19th, followed by an open-to-close set at new London venue HERE on New Year's Day 2023. Listen to "Someone Close."
