  • Magnetic Fields Festival in India will return in December after a two-year hiatus. The 2022 lineup is the usual mix of local and international artists, with slots for Batu, Young Marco, SHERELLE, Saoirse and Four Tet, who has invited Chloé Robinson, Anthony Naples and Hamza Rahimtula to play his curated stage. Ben UFO, Pangaea and Pearson Sound will also play the festival, celebrating 15 years of Hessle Audio. In terms of Indian talent, Sijya, NATE08, T.ill Apes, Alina, Aaguu and Elsewhere In India (featuring Murthovic and Thiruda) are all heading to the Alsisar Mahal palace in Rajasthan. More names are still TBA. Resident Advisor will once again host a party on the Saturday night. Jossy Mitsu will headline, supported by a back-to-back from Indian-Thai duo Kohra and Sunju Hargun. Magnetic Fields 2022 will take place from December 9th through 11th. Find the lineup so far via the website, and read our Five Key Performances review from 2019. Photo: Parikshit Deshpande
