  • Amsterdam club De School has confirmed the lineups for its reopening weekend. Back until at least January 2024, De School will reopen its doors on September 9th and 10th. Highlights on the Friday include DINA, Spekki Webu, Fafi Abdel Nour and Gabrielle Kwarteng, before the likes of Ikonika, Nkisi, Kosh (who will play live) and Infinity Division (FKA one half of Minimal Violence) play the following night. This will be the first time De School has opened since March 2020. In the months following, the club was heavily criticised by members of its community for failures around issues of diversity, communication and discrimination. In the two years since, De School has overhauled its vision, team and internal structure. This was led by its new director of operations, Erdal Kiran, who joined in July 2021. Read more about this process, and the club's new house rules and code of conduct. The full lineups for the reopening parties are in the event listings below.
