- Scheduled for the coming months, the events will feature DJ Mantra, Nkisi, El-B and more.
London-based music platform CDR is heading on the road in September, October and November.
Celebrating 20 years in 2022, CDR has eight sessions planned so far. These are a mix of artist talks and the platform's signature OpenCDR events, where audience members submit their productions and listen to them on a club sound system.
Upcoming talks include DJ Mantra (September 21st) and El-B (October 12th) at Croydon's VR-Bar, Nkisi at London's Corsica Studios on September 27th and Ruf Dug at SOUP in Manchester on October 13th. The only Bristol date so far is an OpenCDR event at Strange Brew on September 16th.
The talks will be hosted by CDR founder (and RA board member) Tony Nwachukwu, as well as two new recruits: Raj Chaudhuri, AKA Raji Rags, and Manchester's Pops "P-Ro" Roberts.
