Four Tet releases new track, teases Hagop Tchaparian's debut album on Text Records

- Four Tet has released a new track and teased the debut album by newcomer Hagop Tchaparian on his label, Text Records. Four Tet's "Scythe Master" was released yesterday, July 14th, as part of Eat Your Own Ears Recordings EP 1, which also includes tracks by Mount Kimbie, Sylvan Esso and RIDE. Also released yesterday were two cuts off Tchaparian's forthcoming LP, Bolts, which lands later this year. Four Tet included one of the tracks, "GL," in last week's BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix, as well as another Tchaparian tune called "Round." Tchaparian will join Four Tet at his one-day festival in London's Finsbury Park next month. Other highlights include Two Shell, Josey Rebelle and DAR DISKU.
