Hoshina Anniversary has a new album on the way.
Hisyochi, compiled from tracks made during 2021, explores a range of styles such as jazz, footwork, techno and dancehall. A digital and vinyl version arrives on July 22nd via Impatience, a New York label that also runs an outlet called Patience.
Roughly translating to "somewhere cool to relax during a hot summer," according to the Tokyo-based artist, Hisyochi follows his recent release on Patience, Hyakunin Isshu. He also makes music under the aliases Shifting Gears and Suemori.
