Moodymann injured in 'severe' car accident in the US

- Moodymann was injured in a car accident over Memorial Day weekend in the US. Though it's unclear where exactly the collision took place, the Detroit star was due to play at a Where Are My Keys party in his hometown yesterday, May 30th. Last night, Moodymann's label, Mahogani Music, confirmed the accident via social media. "We regret to inform you that Moodymann along with another cherished member of our Mahogani Music family were injured in a severe auto accident," the label posted. Around five hours later, Mahogani Music posted an update on the situation. "Everyone involved in the collision is on the road to recovery. Please allow us the time and space to heal. Unfortunately we must cancel some upcoming tour dates. We will update the calendar as time goes on." According to Resident Advisor's listings, Moodymann is due to play The Island in Italy, Parklife Festival, OFFSónar and Paraíso Festival in June. Read Mahogani Music's posts in full.
