  • irsh, a label run by Cairo-based artists ZULI and Rama, is releasing the second volume in its compilation series. Arriving July 8th, Did You Mean: Irish Vol. 2 includes tracks by emerging and established artists in Egypt, Lebanon and Palestine. Among them are ABADIR, Ismael, Liliane Chlela and 1127. The likes of Ashrar, Assyouti, Islam Elnabawi and Seleem make their debut on the compilation, while ZULI and 3Phaz also make an appearance. Touching on trance, breaks and lo-fi beats, the 14-track record comes nearly two years after the first volume. Listen to ABADIR's "Kabbut" featuring ZULI and 3Phaz.
