  • Nicolás Jaar has curated a two-volume compilation featuring experimental artists from Poland. Out now via Other People, Would It Sound Just As Bad If You Played It Backwards? features recordings created at the Polish Radio Experimental Studio, a creative space in Warsaw, between 1959 and 2001. Contributors include Włodzimierz Kotoński, Bogusław Schaeffer, Magdalena Długosz, Elżbieta Sikora, Barbara Zawadzka and Bohdan Mazurek. The tracks are presented alongside images by local artist Zofia Kulik. Accompanying the release is a mix by Jaar featuring selections from the compilation. Listen to the mix and both volumes.
