  • Clubbing in Berlin is back on Friday, March 4th. After the return of dancing in Germany was confirmed on a federal level last week, the Berlin Senate ratified the decision earlier today, February 22nd. Dancing indoors has been banned in the capital since early December. There will be no masks or social distancing, though the 2G+ rule—attendees must be vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19—will still apply. Everyone must also show a negative antigen test result, regardless of whether they've had a booster shot. Various venues in Berlin have already announced reopening parties, such as Club OST, Hoppetosse, Anomalie, Funkhaus, Paloma and Panke. Other states in Germany have also ratified the March 4th reopening date, including Hamburg and North Rhine-Westphalia. Here's a post from Berlin Clubcommission.
