Moxie has announced a new compilation series via her On Loop label.
Out on March 4th, On Loop - Various Artists 001 spans nine tracks and features one of Moxie's paintings for the artwork. There's music from the likes of Space Ghost, Olive T, Semtek and Eris Drew, whose track "Heartbeats" is streaming below.
"I've been wanting to write a 'slow' love song for the modern dance floor using the type of a tambourine beat you'd find on an old doo-wop or early R&B recording," Drew said on Instagram. "The vibe on this track is full of air and swing but the track is around 140 BPM and designed for a fun twisty mix out of hardcore or other fast styles. The song itself is about being alone and scared but hearing my own heartbeat and remembering I am alive in a precious body."
