  • A new festival is coming to Kaunas, Lithuania, from June 29th through July 3rd. AUDRA, which means "storm" in English, is run by the team behind local nightclub Lizdas and local youth programme Kylantis Kaunas. Though the festival lasts five days, the main electronic events will take place at Pergalė, a former Soviet metal factory, on Friday the 1st and Saturday the 2nd. The first confirmed acts include Helena Hauff, Call Super, Azu Tiwaline, DJ Marcelle, Héctor Oaks, Identified Patient, Aurora Halal, Arp Frique, Job Jobse, Mor Elian, VTSS and domestic favourites Manfredas and Under Black Helmet. Estonian rapper Tommy Cash will perform live on the Sunday. More acts are still TBA. Kaunas, Lithunia's second city, has been named European Capital of Culture for 2022. Other venues used by AUDRA, which will showcase exhibitions and art installations alongside music, include Ąžuolynas Park and Santaka Park. Find out more info via AUDRA's official website.
