Movement Detroit reveals first names for 2022

Jeff Mills, ANNA, Blawan, Natasha Diggs and many more will play the iconic festival in May.
Movement Detroit is back after a two-year hiatus. Taking place from May 28th through 30th at its usual location in Hart Plaza, the three-day festival will feature a range of established and emerging acts, including Adam Beyer, Richie Hawtin, Jeff Mills, The Blessed Madonna, ANNA, Louie Vega, Seth Troxler and Maceo Plex. Several acts will make their Movement debuts, such as James Murphy, Natasha Diggs, Anfisa Letyago and Blawan. Eris Drew and Octo Octa will DJ back-to-back, as will drum & bass legends Goldie and LTJ Bukem, who have never shared the decks before. More names will be added in the coming months. This year's edition will be the first since 2019 after the 2020 and 2021 festivals were cancelled due to the pandemic. For a refresher, revisit our review of Movement Detroit 2019.
