  • Danish audio company AIAIAI and Richie Hawtin have developed wireless headphones for producers. Billed as the "world's first wireless headphones for music creation," the TMA-2 Studio Wireless+ allow music makers to move around freely thanks to AIAIAI's new W+ Link technology, which has been developed to provide a stable low latency, robust connection and lossless audio. The headphones also come with 80 hours of Bluetooth 5.0 playback. "In 2021 it feels archaic to be wired to a piece of hardware just to guarantee pristine audio quality," Hawtin said. "The TMA-2 Wireless+ headphones give you the freedom to step further away from your devices allowing you to capture creative and expressive ideas while immersed in perfect sound. Disconnect and dive deeper into your moment of creativity."
Available now for £300, the headphones have been in the works for over three years, created with direction from Hawtin as well as various artists working across different genres like hip-hop, percussion and jazz. They're fitted with bio-diaphragm speakers tuned for clarity and detail. Watch a video of Hawtin in the studio.
