  • A new club is opening in Hannover, Germany, next week. Spread across two floors, Weltspiele will launch on Saturday, October 16th with Roi Perez, Vril and others. Friday nights will be for local collectives while Saturday nights will be run in-house. The club comes with a custom-built soundsystem and capacity for roughly 500 people. "We want to create a safe space where people of all backgrounds can gather, live the moment and be free," Weltspiele's owner told Resident Advisor. "At the same time, we aim to nourish Hannover's electronic music scene by booking diverse and exciting talent, while also giving the local youths opportunities to grow." Also sharing the space will be a new radio station (Weltspiele Radio), bar (Bar International) and record store (Solid Wood). Upcoming highlights at Weltspiele include Dr. Rubinstein on October 23rd and Vivian Koch in the club's second floor, Saal III, on October 30th.
