- Taking place on September 27th and 29th, the sessions require no musical training.
Resident Advisor and AFRORACK are hosting two modular synth workshops at youth centres in London next week.
Both sessions will feature Moog synths shipped over from the US. Running from 6 PM through 8 PM, the first is on Monday, September 27th, at The Dome Youth Club near Kentish Town. The second is on Wednesday the 29th at The Halley in Haggerston with the Young Urban Arts Foundation. The session will run for two hours from 6:30 PM.
Based in the US, AFRORACK is an audio arts organisation helping to give young people access to modular synthesisers and sound design tools. Next week's workshops, which require no previous experience with music or synths, will feature at least six modular synth setups by Moog.
