  • The Aimi music platform has added dozens of new artists today. Aimi is an app that uses AI to combine loops, stems and unfinished tracks into a continuous mix of self-generating music. While the AI will continue autonomously, users can influence its decisions with a "thumbs up/thumbs down" feature and by choosing moods like Push, Chill and Flow. Aimi promises to combine its musical content in a new way each time it is used. Announcing the launch of its premium service Aimi+ today, the company revealed the names of new artists who've contributed music to the project. They include Shanti Celeste, Hodge, Space Dimension Controller, Fred P, Appleblim, Cassy, Roska and many more, with plans to integrate work by artists such as Dauwd, Steve Spacek, Max Cooper and Scuba in the coming weeks. Will Saul, founder of Aus Music and A&R at !K7, is also involved with the project as their head of A&R. Regarding the project launch, he says "the artists collaborating with Aimi are doing so because they love the results but also because Aimi totally respects their aesthetic and musical DNA." More information about the project can be found on their website.
