  • OK EG are inaugurating the label arm of Melbourne party Wax'o Paradiso. Run by Edd Fisher and Simon TK, the label will launch with a five-track EP called Intertidal Zone. It's out digitally and on vinyl from July 22nd. OK EG, the duo of Lauren Squire and Matthew Wilson, worked with percussionist Phil Stroud and flautist Adam Halliwell on Intertidal Zone. Squire and Wilson say the record is "deeply rooted in the Australian landscape, the rhythms and textures of rainfall, coastlines and open spaces." The digital version is completed by a remix from Jackson Fester, AKA Cousin. Wax'o Paradiso are a well-known DJ duo and party crew, throwing events across Australia and touring Europe.
