New festival Aura Event coming to Morocco

- Morocco is getting a new dance music festival. Aura Event is a two-day house and techno gathering taking place in person on August 27th and 28th. Located in the Agafay Desert outside of Marrakech, the debut edition includes Marcel Dettmann, Mathew Jonson and Behrouz as the preliminary headliners, with Shahrokh Dini, Agent!, Maurice Paloni and Dan Buri also billed. Inspired by the desert, the festival described the venue as "a sacred place where ancient energies prevail," adding that it intends to combine global and local acts "in these magical surroundings."
