  • Global streaming initiative Move The Record is raising awareness for local record stores this July. Launched in 2020, the initiative aims to support local record stores via a crowdfunder and by bringing potential customers to the stores' webshops and physical locations. The second series of livestreams will include Kristina Records (London), Café Artum (Birmingham), Mad Piano (Bucharest), Seawolf Records (Amsterdam) and NUT Records (Barcelona). Split over four weeks starting July 1st, Move The Record will include DJ sets from Prosumer, Carista, San Proper, Willow, Anna Wall, Kerrie, Jus-Ed, Nick Anthony Simoncino and Molly. Each of the four Thursdays features a two-hour set from three different stores. Watch a video about the initiative.
