  • James Blake and anxiety treatment expert Jennie Morton are hosting a livestream chat about mental health and creativity tomorrow at 5 PM CET. As part of Amsterdam Dance Event's online offering, Blake and Morton will explore how depression impacts creatives, techniques for artists to manage chronic conditions and the Grammy-nominated artist's perspective on touring once international travel resumes. The hour-long session will also include a live Q&A session with the audience. This marks the second instalment of Amsterdam Dance Event's monthly discussion series, called ADE in Conversation. In addition to Blake and Morton, Thursday's episode features an additional segment with Luis Justo, CEO of Rock in Rio, and Arlen Dilsizian, one of the founders behind Uganda’s Nyege Nyege Festival. They will discuss festivals and the spread of electronic music culture across continents. The first ADE in Conversation took place last month. That edition, featuring, Richie Hawtin, 3LAU and Maria May from the Creative Artists Agency discussing the gradual re-opening of nightlife, NFTs and other subjects.
