  • The founder and former owner of Space Ibiza, Pepe Roselló, has said that the iconic super club will return "before 2022." Speaking to local publication Noudiari.es, Roselló, who turns 85 this year, confirmed that he was opening a new venue under the Space Ibiza brand. There's no mention of location or dates, though he said the project wouldn't be ready for the 2021 season. When asked whether legendary Space Ibiza resident Carl Cox would be involved in the new venture, Roselló replied that "all the projects I've done in my life have involved Carl Cox." Ever since October 2016, when Space Ibiza shut its doors after 27 years, rumours have been circulating of a return. The former Space Ibiza site is now home to another super club, Hï.
