  • Kenny Larkin is reissuing his second album, Metaphor, in May. "This is a special one for me," Larkin wrote via Facebook, "because, a few months before the release date, I was shot and almost killed. Despite that traumatic event, a few weeks later, I went on a global press tour for the album that had already been planned before the incident. It was a very sensationalized tour, since everyone wanted to know more about the shooting, but I was very thankful and grateful to BE around to answer the many questions about what happened. I never take one breath for granted, especially today, during what we all are going through." Metaphor was originally released in 1995 through R&S. The expanded reissue, the first since 2006, will come out via Larkin's Art Of Dance label on May 14th. Earlier this year, his debut album, Azimuth, was also reissued.
