  • Belgium's oldest club, Fuse, is reopening for the first time in a year for a new exhibit. On April 9th, 2021, Echoing Through Eternity will detail the Brussels venue's 27-year run. The show will consist of multiple rooms, including the Main Room, where the history of the club will be revisited, year-by-year, with a collection of collectibles, flyers and posters. The history of Blaes 208, the building housing Fuse, will also be covered, retracing its journey from a former cinema to a techno club. The exhibit also includes an installation where guests can immerse themselves in "three minutes of a club experience". The exhibit will present numerous stories spanning the club's history, including co-founder Peter De Cuypere's account of the venue's early years, as well as Thierry Coppens' account of the longstanding relationship between Fuse and his La Demence event. The venue's DJ booth and backstage area will make up the exhibit, open to the public for the first time in Fuse history. Echoing Through Eternity will be open every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from April 9th to April 18th, 2021. Due to COVID-19 safety measures, an appointment is required for entry.
