Cadence Weapon's next album, Parallel World, will drop on eOne Music on April 30th.
Toronto-based rapper and producer Rollie Pemberton's fifth LP explores sociopolitical issues like racism, structural inequality, police profiling and gentrification, according to the label. Musically, it incorporates elements of trap, drill, grime and acid house.
Fellow Canadian Jacques Greene features on the album's first single, "SENNA," while other production collaborations include Jimmy Edgar, Martyn Bootyspoon, Korea Town Acid and Strict Face.
