ZULI has a new 12-inch coming.
Due out on March 12th via Lee Gamble's UIQ label, All Caps comprises six tracks drawing from jungle, footwork and grime. Arriving digitally and on vinyl, it is ZULI's fourth release with the UK imprint.
The Cairo-based producer, whose real name is Ahmed El Ghazoly, initially planned to put out a 12-inch a few months after the release of his 2018 album, Terminal. However, he lost the tracks as well as a big chunk of his sound library during a robbery, forcing him to start over on a new EP.
Last year, ZULI and fellow Egyptian artist Rama debuted their new imprint, irsh, with a Cairo-focused compilation titled, did you mean: irish.
