  • The next edition of Currents.fm's online festival extends from two days to ten. Running from March 12th through 21st, the ninth COMMON event will feature performances by Anthony Child (AKA Surgeon), Hodge, Lychee, Nico and Sepehr, as well as lineups curated by female:pressure, Fever AM and Taiwan Community Radio. More artists and curators will be announced ahead of the event. For the first time since launching in June 2020, the COMMON Multiverse Initiative performances will remain online after the first broadcast. The festival will also coincide with a redesign of the Currents.fm website. The event is free, though listeners are encouraged to make donations, which start at $8 and are split evenly between the artists. Currents.fm is a digital space driven by volunteers from the global electronic music community. It offers a sustainable platform to support labels and artists through subscriptions and one-time payments. Find out more info here.
