Wolfgang Voigt is back with the latest instalment of his long-running Rückverzauberung project.
Wolfgang Voigt presents Rückverzauberung Exhibition, due on February 19th via Astral Industries, spans four tracks that the prolific artist performed as part of a live show. Astral will release the album on vinyl whilst Voigt's label, Kompakt, will handle the digital edition.
The Cologne-based artist has released several singles and EPs within the symphonic, ambient Rückverzauberung series, many of which are live recordings. Rückverzauberung ("reverse-enchantment"), like Voigt's foundational GAS project, is envisioned as an ambient concert-lecture for a seated audience.
