Mumbai label Krunk Kulture has a new compilation primarily featuring Indian artists.
Thandai is the third installment of Krunk Kulture's Flavours Of The East compilation series. Each release in the series is named after a cold Indian beverage. Thandai refers to a traditional concoction made of milk, spices and nuts.
The 18-tracker, due on January 22nd, includes contributions from Mumbai producer Chrms and Japan-born tabla player Noriko Shakti, among others.
Thandai follows two compilations from last year, Kaala Khatta and Ganga Jamuna. The latter was one of Resident Advisor's best albums of November 2020.
