- The Norwegian artist returns to the double-vinyl format on his Sex Tags Amfibia imprint.
Han Sotofett (AKA DJ Sotofett) and Jaakko Eino Kalevi released a double-vinyl LP with Estonian artist Andres Lõo this month on Sex Tags Amfibia.
Jazzsomdub, an eight-track experimental record, leans towards the percussive, psychedelic and atonal, coming in at just over an hour. Loos provides drums on all but two of the album's tracks, while Berlin-based musician Sami Toroi makes a guest appearance on "Essen."
Sotofett has had a busy 2020: he dropped a new track every day in July, released the MIDI-focused MIDILivet Vol. 1 (his second digital album) in March and Noldus, a 27-minute double 7-inch on Sex Tags Amfibia in January.
The Han Sotofett alias also debuted this year with a tour-only jazz album that also featured Jaakko Eino Kalevi.
