  • Mix Nights, the Bristol-based DJ course for women, non-binary and trans people, is coming to London this autumn. Starting on October 20th, the eight-week programme will take place at Tottenham venue The Cause, with OK Williams, Shanti Celeste, FAUZIA, Saoirse and Mix Nights graduates Glade Marie and Vanessa Maria confirmed as tutors. The course will close with a Covid-safe showcase on December 8th featuring 30-minute sets by the participants. Applicants must be over 18 and identify as either female, non-binary or trans. The course costs £160, though half of the places are available for free or on a pay-what-you-can basis. Applications close at 8 PM this Wednesday, October 14th. Apply now. Mix Nights, which falls under Bristol non-profit Saffron, was set up in 2016 by DJs Daisy Moon, Danielle and Em Williams. To date, 136 people have taken the course.
