Byron The Aquarius will release What Up Doe? Vol.2 on Shall Not Fade December 4th.
It's the Birmingham, Alabama-based house producer's second outing for the label this year, following May's What Up Doe? Vol. 1, and comes in the midst of a prolific year. He'll drop his second LP, Ambrosia, on Jeff Mills' legendary Axis imprint next Friday and recently released an eight-track EP on Apron. The four-track effort features the vocalist MDMA, who has appeared frequently on Byron The Aquarius records.
It's Shall Not Fade's 50th release, a milestone in a catalogue the includes music from Rick Wade, Mall Grab and Hanna, to name a few. The Bristol label will release its fifth-anniversary compilation also on November 20th.
