Scotland-based Finnish DJ IDA is launching a new label called Sävy Records this month.
According to IDA, Sävy will have an upfront, club-ready approach, and each release will come with an accompanying "visual project" by another artist. The first release is a four-track EP from Canadian producer Ryan James Ford called Six Stair, with visuals from Finnish contemporary artist Irene Suosalo.
Future Sävy Records releases will come from Giordano nad Adam Pits, along with a various artists 12-inch.
Ida runs the Acid Flash parties in Glasgow, and is also a resident at Sub Club.
