Actress has revealed details of his long-awaited new album, Karma & Desire, on Ninja Tune.
UK producer Darren Cunningham first teased the LP back in May last year, and then again this past July along with the release of his recent RA-recommended mixtape, 88.
Now the 17-track Karma & Desire has an official release date of October 23rd, and the featured artists have been named: Sampha, Zsela, Aura T-09, Vanessa Benelli Mosell and Christel Well. Kara-Lis Coverdale also performs on the LP's lead single "Walking Flames," featuring Sampha, out today.
Actress describes the album as "a romantic tragedy set between the heavens and the underworld." It covers "the same sort of things that I like to talk about—love, death, technology, the questioning one one's being," he says.
