- The duo's EP will land on Loco Dice's En Couleur label next month.
Eddie Fowlkes and Loco Dice have collaborated on a new EP.
D-Town Playaz is out on August 7th, arriving via Loco Dice's En Couleur imprint. The EP announcement also comes with a mini-documentary, which follows the pair as they produced the five-track record.
Loco Dice says, "In my early days I was a huge Eddie Fowlkes fan and I played his Detroit Wax releases a lot. When I finally met him in Detroit years later it was clear that there was a bond between us which lead us to make this EP together."
Earlier this year, Loco Dice launched En Couleur with his own Sweet Nectar Blossom EP. He has also been hosting a weekly talk show, 3 Is The Magic Number via Instagram Live. Eddie Fowlkes will soon release a collaborative project with Jeff Mills, The Crystal City Is Alive on July 24th.
