Pépé Bradock has a new alias, Brigitte Barbu.
The French house producer's new electroacoustic project will debut with the Muzak Pour Ascenseurs En Panne LP, out June 12th via Circus Company.
"I wanted to compose an ethereal abstract hip-hop LP," Brigitte says, "with guitar as a brainwashed instrument, mirroring machines and computers, even if surely far from being unplugged."
Last May, Bradock released his first album in 21 years called What A Mess.
