  • Exos is releasing his first album in almost 20 years on May 25th. Indigo continues Arnvidur Snorrason's recent run of functional, dub-influenced techno—this time with a focus on atmospheric sounds, taking inspiration from the natural beauty of Iceland. The LP comes on Figure, where Snorrason released his last EP, Alien Eyes, in 2019. In addition to his work on Figure, Snorrason also launched a label called Planet X last year, which has put out music from Matrixxman, LaFontaine, Snorrason himself and more. He has a long history in techno, releasing his early LPs and EPs for labels like Force Inc. and Thule, and he's also the son of Octal, a fellow techno producer. Listen to "Í Skjóli Nætur," and check out the album on Bandcamp.
