A new album featuring Mark Fell, Kindohm, Renick Bell and more is out now.
The second Algorithmic Art Assembly conference will go down in San Francisco this March 27th through 30th.
The festival happens at the Gray Area Foundation For The Arts with a daytime and nighttime program. Daytime activities are focused on talks and showcases for how algorithms are used in art and music, encompassing script writing, filmmaking and video games. There will also be coding workshops. At night, the festival boasts audiovisual performances from artists including Richard Devine, YACHT and algorave leading light Kindohm.
In addition, Holly Herndon will perform in San Francisco on April 2nd as part of the launch of a new series of one-off events called Algorithmic Art Club.
Promoter Highpoint Lowlife has also released a compilation called Algorithmic Art Assembly, featuring new tracks from Kindohm, Mark Fell, Renick Bell, Spatial and more.
