- The outlet focusing on innovative music from Japan will release the six-track record on March 6th.
Highball is debuting with a new Foodman EP.
Based in London with a yearly stint in Japan, the new label will focus on forward-thinking Japanese music. Minting the imprint, Dokutsu will encompass house, psychedelic ambient and techno. Highball's second project will come from BRISA and Shigge's Fukuoka-based live performance project, Ohnesty.
Foodman, AKA Shokuhin Matsuri, is a Nagoya-based Japanese producer. His forthcoming record follows his 2019 ODOODO EP for Mad Decent.
