Overmono are remixing Thom Yorke on their new EP, POLY012.
The UK duo have shared a single off the record, which comprises two remixes of Thom Yorke's "Not The News." The original track comes from Yorke's third solo album, 2019's Anima. The EP will arrive February 7th, on the pair's own Poly Kicks imprint.
On Instagram, Overmono say, "Never in our wildest dreams did we think we'd be releasing a record like this on Poly Kicks. POLY012 is two remixes by us of Thom Yorke's "Not The News" from his amazing album Anima. Thanks Thom Yorke for letting us rework this, it was a total joy."
Overmono are the UK duo of brothers Tom and Ed Russell, AKA Truss and Tessela. The two have produced two EPs on their Poly Kicks label, Le Tigre in 2019, and Raft Living in 2018. The Russells have also recently collaborated with Joy Orbison as Joy Overmono.
